I removed my right lower wisdom tooth 3 years ago. Left side is still coming out since 10 years. It seems broken and is crossed, pierced in cheek. It does not pain. Is it ok if I leave it be. Any big problem?

If it does not give you any discomfort or pain then you do not need to go for removal.

Good evening! The nature of wisdom is always piercing the tissues and comning out. If you cannot bare the pain then you can go for extraction. Usually the wisdom tooth is Non-Functioning tooth. Thank you!
