Hello- Here are some points to recoevr nightfall naturally. -Do Pranayama (very Important, best if done in Morning & Evening 15 mins - half an hour ). -Do Meditation after Pranayama(Om chanting or Trataka, Silence Mindfull Meditation is best where you have to focus on NOW only). -Use Lemon water in the morning(removes toxins), Drink milk ,use Ghee(Cow?s fat) or good quality Butter in food, Don?t Smoke or Drink. -Do this for about 2 months . You will be more Happy and Present Person than before. -Don?t imagine Erotic or Pornographic thoughts(if comes , then let it go without paying attention), Don?t watch Porn(it?s just an Addiction). -Masturbation is not that bad if you do it 1?2 times in a month ;) -Sleep between 6?7 hours only (Best).
