I have a dry skin I used medimix soap it is beneficial for me or not.

It is a good soap with minimal allergic reaction... But it will not help in dryness... Instead a soap usually gives dryness.. In your case you may need to use a body shampoo with moisturizer... And also apply a moisturizer after bathing...
