I recently visited a physician and he diagnosed me with allergic rhinitis. He prescribed me with some kind of steroid and asked me to find the thing which I'm allergic to and try to avoid it. I understand it that the allergen would trigger something on my body, but what would be exact symptoms by which I would be able to find it?

It is not possible to find it exactly and most of the time it is not possible to avoid it also.. Suppose you have allergy from dust... Do you really think you can avoid it in India... So better don't waste time and energy.. Second steroids are very harmful Medicine and also not a solution...so stop it right away... As in allopathy there is no permanent solution to these kind of disease they tend to prescribe steroids without considering the side effects of it on patient to just save their face... Better take Homoeopathic treatment.. which can cure it permanently...
