My both hands get numb daily and because of that I am depressed now what should I do?

Numbness of hands is usually due to the nerves getting compressed in the wrist. This called carpal tunnel syndrome. This can be easily diagnosed by nerve conduction studies. Initially these can be treated by medications and if not improving a minor surgery to release the compression might be required.
