Hi, 2 years ago pre-pregnancy my weight was 54 kg and currently I am 65 kgs constantly from last 1 year approx. Inspite of taking controlled and balance diet, little workout, lots of water, l am unable to loose weight even a kg. Though I am now fitting into my older clothes I couldn't see the difference on weighing machine. Please help.

Sometimes you may loose more in inches, change your diet pattern as well as physical activity. do walk more and avoid late dinners. Check your TSH level also.
