I have got injury in my right toe while playing football. The wound has swelling and pain please help what to do.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Give rest to the affected limb, do not put pressure on it while walking - apply ice pack for 5-10 min on the affected area 3-4 times a day - keep limb raised while sitting & sleeping - apply volini gel 3 times a day - get an x-ray done to rule out any bony injury.
