Sir, my father (53 year old) is suffering from cancer of carcinoma tongue started from left lateral tongue. It was operated in July 2017. It come back again and than concurrent Radio-chimo was taken in last month, but there is no relief. It is still spreading reach till upper bone of chest. I couldn't not understand what should I do? Should I go for high doses chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Please suggest me.

Looks like it's in advanced stage now. Chemotherapy. Might be of some help if he can tolerate it.
