I am 6.1 feet tall and muscular built. I have avery small flaccid penis in length and girth and when it is erect is 3 inch to 4 inch. My question is the size of the penis in flaccid state can be very small in length and girth say 1 inch or less no matter How tall you are? Tall person like me can have very small flaccid penis. As height has no relation with the size of the penis. Correct? Please help.
