I am having pcod but my doctor said there is no cyst visible and I am not also diabetic. I have done so many ultrasound but there is no cyst. I don't have acne and extra hair growth also so my question is. Is my pcod a severe one?

It is not cyst you see in PCOD but multiple peripheral follicles with increase volume of ovaries- typical picture realised by Sonologist.
