If a dog sits in wet sand outside in summers in India then can it (sitting in wet sand) be harmful to dog? Dog is kept outside only.

Hi, from your question I can come too know that you r too concern about that dog. Most probably nothing will happen until it's a mongrel or stray dog. Because they have good resistance and immunity to our indian climate, if its some kind of pure breed dog, than it's really a concern.
Yes very harmful, please avoid it.
It can be a problem if it is left out for a prolonged duration. Once the normal skin coat is damaged it can lead to other complications.
