Sir, I am suffering from Fissure since 5 years. I have tried everything including nitroglycerin Ointment but it reoccur. Now I am planning to operate. Kindly suggest which will be more effective Surgical LIS or laser treatment of Fissure. What are the Complications and whether it reoccur after the Operation?
