I have fever of 98.9 since 3 months. Its normal in the morning. And then it is 98.7.Later 98.8 and then reaches 98.9. Sometimes reaches 99.3 but this happens if I strain myself like walking. Otherwise it is in 98 range all the day and goes to normal in the night. My CBC has Low HB (10.8), Low MCV, low MCH and high RDW. My liver profile test and urine test was normal. My urine showed RBC of 3.6 per high power field but as per the lab standard where I took the test, normal range was 0- 5.5 / HPF and the lab doctor told its normal. I am on iron supplements since 1.5 months. I do not have any body pain. Sometimes have slight chills. I am able to move ahead with my normal routine. Pls let me know if I must test anything. My fever never has crossed 99.3. I am hypothyroid since 10 years, my TSH is now normal and I continue 50 MCG thyronorm.
