I am having high stress level and overweight. I think a lot. Also do stress eating. I feel anxiety as if something is stopping me. Restless back ache sleep lessness sleep of max 4 hours a day have a over thinking problem I feel to cry shout.

Hi lybrate-user It could be difficult to cope up with things at times. What helps best and the most therapeutic is that you speak your heart out in a non-judgemental environment. You can speak to a close family member or friend. Or you can visit a psychologist who is trained to help you vent out your emotions in a non judgemental and safe environment. A psychologist can also help you manage your stressors more effectively and make you learn techniques that can make you much more effective and happy.
