Hello doc I hv a history of pcod for 4-5 yrs. I do exercise and gaining too. Still my wght is nt reducing and is stagnant. Its 61.5 kgs, my height is 162 cms and I am 28 ys old. BMI is normal. Pls suggest me a diet to cope up with pcod. Its been the longest delay, I am not having periods since 3 months.
