I am in treatment for filariasis with tab. Dec 300 mg 21 days, albendazole plus ivermectin 400 mg single dose. Now my sperm morphology was affected 100% poor vitality 85% non motile 15%. Before 1 year my sperm count is normal. What I need to do it for coming back to normal? Will my filaria will go off or not? Filarial antigen testing done yesterday og4c3 shows positive level of 256. I hav a mild pain in left testis. Recent usg scrotum shows resolving granumalotous lesion in my lt testis with a size of 6 mm*4 mm previously it was 12*7 mm in size.
