My husband is 28 years old and working in abroad. He is a person who grow beard. One week before lump where noticed on either side of face near ear inside skin. Both can be felt only when presses and find. One is very small and other is little bit large. Doc said it is due to tonsillitis, it is hard and immovable. please help.
