My elbow bone is aching from 2 days I thought it will set by that day but it swollen now, I don't know what to do is it so severe?

Hi Can you tell me whether you have sustained any injury to the affected elbow? also apart from swelling, is there any skin redness, local warmth, fever etc also? please send me a clinical picture of the affected part and please get blood tests done empty stomach especially if there is no h/o and injury to the affected shoulder: cbc, esr, crp, serum uric acid.
