I used to masterburate a lot now I gave up. About two months ago I gave up. But I have a problem now. I get frequent night falls and the back end of my penis is thin. What should I do. please recommend home remedies first and medications after.

Hello- Its the habit you have to correct not the medications that you need. Prolonged masturbation makes reproductive system used to timely ejaculation in a proper time interval. If you suddenly try to stop masturbation, the ejaculate or semen will take another route to get out and in that case it causes either nightfall or semen leakage during urine. Its better to restart you masturbation and quit it over a period of one year. Then only you will be able to quit the addiction without any side effect. Do take note that you have to quit porn completely irrespective of masturbation to get complete recovery.
