Hello am a 17 year old girl .am having point+4 since .my 4th class .actually if I remove my specs .nd try to see then .i ll be able to see clearly after crossing my left eye. Nd now my point is +3.5 point in my right eye .and +4 point on my left eye .i am fed up using .my specs .since these many years .plzztell me how should I improve my eyesight naturally.
