My feet ankles do swell and I don't know what's is causing this, but some said it might be because I have varicose veins, but I am not sure, could you please recommend what can correct it cos I did some research and I saw that compression socks could work, so doctor tell me what to do.

First you do colour Doppler if this is veticose veins then best treatment is surgery.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
