How do I continue Living happy and healthy at this age (50+) even with an external fistula near the Anal Exit point ? fistula is about 7 -9 years old. And caused emissions in the past. Which have torn my underwear.

Fistula in ano only treated by surgery or kshatsutra therapy. If untreated then more complications may occur.

To live happy; you should plan for complete treatment for your Anal fistula problem. And treatment should be such that it assures no recurrence of fistula and no complication. Generally Surgery is advised for anal fistula. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of fistula and complications associated with Surgery.
