I have a ligament injury on my knee. My mri scan says that interstitial sprain of ACL, grade 1 tear in the anterior and posterior horn of lateral meniscus, grade 1 sprain of MCL and joint effusion. I have been doing physiotherapy exercises for a month now. I have recovered a little. I have asked you before. Someone has suggested me lakshadi guggulu. I have been taking it from 1 month. So what should I do now. Should I continue to take it? Or do anything else. I want you opinion.
