Hi I was taken dental treatment as permanent teeth placed with the ceramic material. At that time they were covered the gap with cement in my knowledge. The permanent teeth placed with support of adjacent teeth's.after a years I am facing sensitivity on adjacent teeth. I think the cement also went off. Is it common problems on teeth suggest me good teething for don't rise again. Thank you.

Yes it is a common problem, the adjacent normal teeth may need a root canal filling, so consult a dentist asap.
