I'm a 21 year old female. I have oily skin prone to breakouts often. I have uneven skin tone especially on laugh lines and around my mouth. Also I have a darker shade up to my neck. Below my neck I have lighter skin but my arms and legs are darker. Please suggest a remedy for both.
