I did endoscopy and I was diagnosed with gastritis I took medicines for three months. The symptoms were relapsing and I was suggested to go for endoscopy again and it was confirmed gastritis was still there. I am still under medication for reflux for the past six months. My questions are 1. Whether there are any other option (other than endoscopy) to find out to know the present position of gastritis. 2.i am spitting brown saliva every day morning because of reflux. How can avoid or reduce reflux symptoms. 3. Whether there any self diagnosis method for monitoring the progress.
