Hello doctor, I have lost my listening power right side ear, and I went to ent surgeon but there treated wrong medicine after 20 days I changed doctor and he suggest you will never listen life time but he gave 2 type of medicine 1 is Tinnicar and 2 is Absolut 3G, so please tell me doctor what should I do?

In your case, it is not clear that was it a sudden onset of hearing loss, or it is gradually developing. In sudden hearing loss, you can consult an ENT, he can put you on steroids treatment (orally or through injection). Other possible treatment is hyperbaric oxygen treatment. You can try both of these. If still, there is no improvement, then you may have to use some hearing aid or similar devices to gain hearing on affected side. If it is gradual, then hearing aids are the only option. But in both case, time is the key. And if hearing aids are required, procure it from an qualified and experienced audiologist only, after proper testing and verification.
