Dear doctor,I am 19 year old and have only one testicle. I was not talking about it for quite a while. But now, I am very disappointed about that. Please help me out. I have heard about people who lived with one testicle. Will it cause any problem in future.?

Hello- Nothing to get depressed. If a man is born with two testicles, he will produce sperm and semen in both. There could be reduced semen production as a result of having only one testicle, and sometimes it depends on why there is only one testis, but in most cases, fertility is not affected.
