Male, Age 31, suffering from PTE since Nov 2015, then taking warf (stopped 4 month ago). Now having same problem and now taking acitrom 6/7 mg alternate days. INR=1.00 and 5 days ago INR was 2.62 due to inxoprine injection advised by Dr.(MD MEDICINE) My question is that Is PTE is treatable permanently Or I have to take warf or acitrom permanently.

If the thrombus is blocking there since 2015 and has not resolved, it most probably will be for life. Your doctor needs to take a call whether anticoagulant like warfarin/ACITROM should be taken or not. Have you got the work up done why you had PTE in the first place.
