Hi I have suffering from abdominal pain for 45 days. 2 weeks before I had endoscopy, mucosal breaks in lower esophagus 1 Cm and GE junction LAX less in that report. Doctor has given medicine, I'm taking now, now I'm feeling better but still getting light pain in upper and middle abdominal and sometimes I'm getting pain in the left side chest. Could you suggest me is it dangerous? Any surgery can be need for cure? How many days does it take to cure.

Hi, It is not very dangerous condition and you don't need any surgery. Take the medicines prescribed by the doctor regularly for 2-3 weeks continuously so that the wound gets healed completely.
