I have gerd with gastritis from few years and my total bilirubin will be more always as 2.4 or 2.9 ,gastroenterologist told me it could be due to Gilbert syndrome. From few months I have observed yellow nail tips in right hand whereas normal in left hand ,is it due to eating habits or what can be and what should be done next.

People with gilberts have tendency for increase acid and fatty liver rule out hemolysis that is excessive breakdown of hemoglobin.
