Hello lybrate-user now a days each and every person has some or more amount of stress level. Now a days busy schedule nd life style and also not neglect our dieat for our stress level. So no time for ourself that's way develop stress nd frustration level. U can relive that stress level by yoga; Pranayam ; routine exercise; drawing (do what you like) if your mind will involved in something what you like than automatically your stress level decrease.
