Hello Doctor, I wanna ask you is that I have put on 10-12 kgs of weight from last year and I don't follow any diet as I am a foodie, What is the other way rather to reduce and maintain weight apart from diet?

Dedicated efforts to following your diet and consistent exercise schedule followed religiously, r the only way out. Dont try n seek short cuts. The resukts will also b short term then. Remember, no gains without pains.
