I am 16 years old male, I used to be masturbate from 4-5 years, like I think daily. Now I have a height of 5 ft. 4 inch. Now still from two years, My height is not increasing. Now I have struck with a problem known as Gynecomastia. Doctor, Can My height increasing when I don't masturbate? Can this Gynecomastia can be cured by exercise or I have to something. Please Correct Suggest me.
