Out of my family members (myself, wife and 6 month old boy) both parents are having chicken pox. Baby is also exposed. Now that some relatives who never had chicken pox are coming to take care of us. Can they take vaccines to avoid getting chicken pox themselves? Does it make sense to give vaccines to baby now?

As you are in acute stage of chicken pox and which will resolve within a week and hence the opposite third person even if we give vaccination today it will take another two weeks for them to get immunised to the pox virus and for baby contact her Paediatrician for guidance.
