I had unprotected sex on the sixth day of my cycle, my menstrual cycle varies from 23 to 26 days. Should I take morning after pill to prevent unwanted pregnancy. I have already taken it 5 times in the last 3 months, any side effects.

Plenty of side effects. Go on regular contraceptive pills.

Such tablets are high hormonal tablets meant only for emergency not the way you take frequently. For regular use learn about family planning methods and choose one. If your unprotected sex was on sixth day counting from first day of period, chance of pregnancy is low to nil so you can avoid and observe for next period, but if you are counting after bleeding had stopped then no choice but to take.within 72 hours of sex
