diagnosed with duodenal ulcer and duodenitis in past. Endoscopy done all time. With h pylori infection treated. Both times. Doctor told me to reduce my ppi usage slowly as I am bound to have rebound effect. On first occasion I was able to wean it completely. Now on second occasion I am down to 20 mg alternate day rekool 20. I tried to wean to 10 mg alternate but was not that successful. I was on rekool 20 mg alternate. Days now I take it on demand. Its generally once in a week. Feel slight heartburn in between the doses but it is manageable. I had question how can I reduce it further. No symptoms. Currently I am 29 years old.

Hi Dhiraj.. this is usual problem with allopathic medicine.. They are just temporary solution and will not give permanent solution... So better get Homoeopathic treatment and get free from the regular Medicine..
