My baby is 6 years old. She was having fever and cold from 6 days. I was giving her ibugesic plus. Her fever was 102. Now she gets in evening 100 fever. Is it to worry. What is best nasal spray or drops for baby. Her nose is blocked. Now can I give her Maxtra P.

Hello lybrate-user, I suppose you have started the medicene ie. Ibugesic for 2-3 days now, the fever will subsequently go down .anyhow for nasal congestion you can get a" childrens nasacort ,it will help a lot to remove the congestion in her nose .do follow up if the fever does not reside in 2 more days ,for which I can mention you some investigations that could be done to find the exact cause of the fever.
