I'm preparing for police job. I'm running from 30 days daily 2 kms in a square ground. Yesterday when running completed I'm doing stretching. On the day evening I'm getting thigh bone and muscle pain. Please suggest me a remedy to run.

Please do some strengthening exercises & also do 2 minute warm up before running. Train your legs muscles ; so, that when next time you'll run - you won't feel pain. In evening apply some ice on your painful sore muscles. Or, after all this you r not getting relief - then rest for few days take some analgesics & consult your nearest physiotherapist.
