Hello I am pregnant and according to echocardiography single live intrauterine gestation 18 weeks 4 days but it should according to day of conception 19 weeks 5 days, that means baby small for gestation age. And another problem is echogenic intercourse focus noted in left ventricle. So please tell its need to worry or not. Plzz sir/maim suggest me proper advice.

There is no need to worry ,as in your case fertilisation must have happened in later half of fertility window ,as regards echogenic focus ,we suggest you get triple marker done now and later on quadriple marker at 22 wks of gestation.
