I am suffering from Fistula in ano. I went for a laparoscopy surgery for fistula in oct" 2017 but it was unsuccessful. Presently I do not know what should I do. Please help me.

Fistula in Ano is a skin to rectum / Amal canal issue so it can be do not by 2 new methods LIFT - ligation of intersphinctric fistulous tract VAFT - Video Assisted Fistula Surgery Laparoscopy cannot be done as technically laparoscopy can be done only In a cavity like abdomen etc.
