My husband was treated for leukemia before 3 years. After chemotherapy, he was in azoospermia condition. So we went for successful ivf and my baby is 13 months old. After post delivery, I got normal periods after 7 months and it was regular. This month, I missed my period by 8 days. I tested at home pregnancy kit and it's positive. Is it possible for a male to reproduce after once tested as azoospermia. Else what else would be the reason for a false positive test?

Azoospermia due to chemotherapy is temporary and it recovers with time. Offsprings of pt who have undergone chemotherapy have slight increased chance of congenital anamolies, therefore get your double marker and quadruple marker test done at 13&16 weeks respectively, get a good level 2 scan done at 30 weeks.
