I always believed that having small and frequent meals (of low calorie - full of protein, fiber, water, good carbs and fat) is the key to lose weight. And breakfast is the most important meal of day. But now a days I am seeing that intermittent fasting aur keto diet are very trending for weight loss. So are they really good choice for being healthy and slim?

Side effects of intermittent fasting: Uncomfortable feeling of fullness Over-reliance on coffee Poor athletic performance Headaches Frequent diarrhea Negative effect on women's hormones.
