I have hypothyroidism and pcod and I am trying to lose weight by lifestyle changes and gymming but I am losing weight at a very slow rate. My metabolism is also very slow like 1474 when it should be between 1500 to 2197. Please help me to lose weight fast. I was 126 in 2013. Den I lost n I came to 86 kgs. Den I did not do gym n ate unhealthy for 1 years and gained 106 kgs in 2017. Again from may 2017 I started working out and now I am at 94 kgs with bust 37 inch and waist 32 inch and hips 40 inch. Please help me to lose 28 kgs of more weight within this year.

You need a diet which is low in carbohydrates, rich in complex carbohydrates and proteins. Going on a crash diet, fad diet or veg low calorie diet will help you loose weight quickly but the weight will bounce back.
