Please suggest. If Anyone having dandruff can use topisal 3% lotion?

Hello lybrate-user Any sort of topical solution will help control the dandruff only locally but will not prevent formation of new dandruff. Dandruff is basically formation of dead skin, which to a certain extent is normal but if in excess then it needs treatment. Sometimes it also gets infected and then can cause hairfall. Internal treatment is essential, and homeopathy can help to quite an extent. In the meantime, please keep your comb separate and wash it daily. If your scalp is oily avoid oiling altogether, if dry scalp apply oil an hour before head bath or overnight and wash off. Do not keep oil in scalp regularly. You can but use oil before wash.
