Hello lybrate-user, There are many remedies in homeopathy which will help in vitiligo and these are just a few. Also it is important to start treatment only under the guidance of a qualified homeopathy doctor, either locally in Chennai or here online itself, do not self Medicare at all. I am not sure how much you are aware about vitiligo but to begin with, vitiligo is not fatal and it does not have any complications whatsoever which will affect your health. It is biggest and only complication is the social stigma attached to it because it changes the personal appearance. The body basically stops or does not produce enough melanin (the pigment which gives us brown colour) and so we start getting white spots. Which means that something goes wrong in the normal functioning of the body and it is this autoimmune in nature. It is a gradually progressing disease and it is best to start treatment as soon as you notice the first spot because response is better.
