Sir I am 20 years old and I am suffering from Jock itch for more than a year I have tried many creams and tablets containing miconazole, clotrimazole ,sertaconazole, fluconazole my itch remain under control until I use the cream or tablet when I stop using it my itch comes again. My itch is in my groin and on hips. It looks like big ringworms with some little pimples on it.

You require change of oral anti fungals under Doctor?s supervision. You seem to have developed resistance to contemporary antifungals. Sweat/moisture control will give relief sooner.
