Hi doctor I am 21 year old. Mera skin colour fair hai liken kuck din ka liya gora ha jata hai (fair complexion say better) par 2 or 3 din kay liya. Phir waist wapsi wo jata So, I want to know what is a reason behind it. please suggest some food or remedy.
