Hello sir/madam I m 21year old. Currently I live at kolkata preparing for CA. I did not able to give sufficient time for foods because of my study schedule and my office timing. So please give me some tips about which type of foods I will take?

Please note that there is no short cut for having food. You have to eat fresh and nutritious food, fruits milk etc. As a youngster spend a little time otherwise you will try to achieve many things at the cost of your health resulting meaningless life. Dont ever say you dont have time. Enjoy your life by eating all varieties of food.
