One Should have sleep of 6-8 hours .Early to bed early to rise is a for ever golden rule .Rest in modern era every body is crying that the dont have time .It is not true the whole problem is mismanegment of time and lazynesd .If we review our schedule we sent only few hours in productie work rest foot we waste in either in chating on phone news paper or on T.V. So I have gave you a basic idea from where we can spare time for our routine activities like exercise walk and sleep .
